Antoinette Siu is a multimedia journalist with experience in print, radio and online reporting for traditional, startup and nonprofit media. She believes in good investigative journalism and finds inspiration in telling the underreported stories.

I’m also a San Francisco native, coffee addict, harsh food critic, rock climber and minimalist.

Investigative reporting is my passion:
My goal is to advance independent news and nonprofit media, strengthen global freedom of the press and expose social injustices with my reporting. But in another life, I’d love to travel the world as a food critic or become a CSI agent. If only we could have it all.

“My only real advantage as a reporter is that I am so physically small, so temperamentally unobtrusive and so neurotically inarticulate that people tend to forget my presence runs counter to their best interests. And it always does.”
